Bavarian Bike and Brews

The one and only Bavarian Bike and Brew Festival is Round 5 of the Fat Tire Revolution! Yeah, we’re pretty excited too.
The Bavarian Bike & Brew Festival features a spectacular, but rigorous 8.6 mile loop with 1800 ft elevation gain per lap. Each lap has four creek crossings, challenging single track, and plenty of water bars interlaced throughout the most spectacular scenery you have ever seen. This is not a course for the timid soul, but will challenge all who commit.
And did we mention the brew part?? Camping on site?? Music?? Sunshine??

There will inevitably be some cancelations and no-shows by Friday or Saturday morning. Bribery, beers, massages, and generally being ridiculously kind to the volunteers and race officials could get you into the race if you failed to find the internet in the months prior. Lay it on thick and come bearing gifts.
Directions to race
Fruend Canyon -From Highway 2 turn onto Chumstick highway (this is a left turn if you are coming from Stevens Pass, right if you are coming from Blewitt Pass). Turn left onto Freund Canyon road (about 1-1.5 miles out Chumstick highway, if you go under the railroad track you have gone too far). Parking is on the right hand side of the road. On foot, by bike, or free shuttle provided, go to where the pavement ends and take a left. You will see the packet pick up table, beer garden etc.
Race packets will be available Friday night from 7-8:30 at Uncle Uli’s Pub in Leavenworth.
